Role in the Project: Coordination of our team, WP5 coordintation (together with P.Pinto), local WP5 (site selection, macrophyte sampling).

PhD, specialized in hydrobiology, aquatic ecology, river ecology, biological monitoring (especially macrophytes), river hydromorphology.

Role in the Project: mainly WP5 (site selection, macrophyte survey, macroinvertebrate survey, vegetation in the adjacent terrestrial habitats and analysis, hydromorphological assessment).

Daniel_Gebler

Daniel Gebler

PhD, specialized in hydrobiology, river ecology, biological monitoring (especially macrophytes), river hydromorpholgy.

Role in the Project: WP4 (isotope & eDNA sampling), WP5 (site selection, macrophyte survey, hydromorphological assessment, diatoms and algae).

Mariusz Sojka

Mariusz Sojka

Professor, specialized in hydrology, geochemistry, remote sensing, Geoinformatics (GIS).

Role in the Project: site selection, WP3 (collection of spatial data, field sampling with remote sensing), WP4 (Ecohydrological boundary conditions for ES), WP5 (site selection, hydrochemical sampling).

Tomasz Kałuża

Tomasz Kałuża

Professor, specialized in hydroengineering, river engineering, river restoration.

Role in the Project: hydroengineering and restoration expertise, WP2 (local expert interviews), WP5 (site selection, hydromoorphological assessment)

Krzysztof Achtenberg

Krzysztof Achtenberg

PhD, specialized in lake and river ecology (especially macrophytes and hydromorphology), remote sensing, GIS analysis.

Role in the Project: WP3 (drone data acquisition, GIS and remote sensing data processing and analysis, WP5 (site selection, assessment of vegetation in the adjacent terrestrial habitats, hydromorphological assessment).
